1. Countercurrent Tower
The heat dissipation performance is good, the water distribution system is not easy to be blocked, the water filling is kept clean and not easy to age, the moisture backflow is small, and the anti-freezing and deicing measures are easier. Multiple units can be designed in combination. In winter, a single unit can be combined to run or all fans can be shut down with the required water temperature and water volume. The construction, installation and maintenance are easy, and the cost is low. It is commonly used in air conditioning and industrial large and medium-sized cooling circulating water.
Two, cross flow tower
Commonly used in residential areas with strict noise requirements, cooling circulation towers are frequently used in the air-conditioning industry. Advantages: energy saving, low water pressure, low wind resistance, low-speed motor is also equipped, no dripping noise and wind noise, easy maintenance of filling and water distribution system.
3. Closed cooling tower (closed cooling tower)
It is suitable for various cooling systems with high requirements for circulating water quality, in electric power, chemical industry, steel, food and many industrial sectors. Compared with the air-cooled heat exchanger, the closed cooling tower utilizes the latent heat of evaporation of the water on the lower side of the tube to significantly enhance the heat transfer capacity of the air side.
