本機適用于實驗室模擬車間染整定型烘干過程，進行樹脂熱熔染色烘焙固色試驗，以取得和驗證染料、助劑等組成的配方和工藝條件，通過本機可以實現(xiàn)測試織物手感、染料變更程度、色牢度等有關(guān)重要性能，獲取平整而準確的成品組織樣板。
