1.No explosion,No fire, No leakage.Vibration Test電池不爆炸，不起火，不漏液。振動(dòng)："將滿電電芯放在振動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上，在 90~100mins 由10 Hz到55 Hz再到10Hz以1Hz/min的速率變化，振幅為 0.8mm(0.060 英寸)進(jìn)行振動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)。電芯在電芯的軸向和與電芯軸向垂直的兩個(gè)方向上振動(dòng)。           
2.The cell is to be dropped onto concrete ground from a height of 1.2 meter three times .No explosion,Drop Test,No fire.跌落電池從1.2m高處自由落下測試3個(gè)循環(huán)，電池不爆炸，不起火。 
3.The pressure on the surface of the fully charged cell do not stop being raised until 17.2 Mpa when the cell is crushed by two flat surfaces.(Max13kN).No explosion, No fire.擠壓滿充電電池 被兩平板擠壓。擠壓的{zd0}壓強(qiáng)為17.2Mpa,{zd0}作用力為13kN。當(dāng)達(dá)到{zd0}值即停止。
電池不爆炸，不起火。"   
4.Heat Test高溫.The temperature of the baking box which contains cell is raised to 100±2℃ at a rate of 5℃/min and then holded for ten minutes. No explosion, No fire .滿充電電池在烘箱中測試。烘箱自室溫起以5℃/min的升溫速率升至100±2℃，并在100±2℃溫度下保持10min。電池不爆炸，不起火"              
5.Short-Circuit Test短路.After full charge, the positive and negative polarities are connected together by a copper wire whose resistance is less than or equal to 0.1Ω. 滿充電電池用電阻不大于0.1Ω的銅導(dǎo)線連接其正負(fù)極至電池體溫度接近室溫。
6.Over-charge Test過充電測試,The cell is discharged following the standard discharge method. Apply a 5V,power supply and a 3C charge current for 1.5hrs. No explosion, No fire .電池不爆炸，不起火。電芯按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)放電方式放完電后，采用3C電流5V電壓恒流恒壓充電1.5小時(shí)

保質(zhì)范圍：正常使用或存放件下電池有氣鼓、無電壓、漏液不良現(xiàn)象。不當(dāng)使用或存放造成電池不良不在保質(zhì)范圍內(nèi)。
