英國Bert伯特進口加藥計量泵概述
是可以計量所輸送液體的機械，常被用于各類型藥劑添加成套設備上，因此也叫加藥泵。
通常描述為：加藥計量泵是一種可以滿足各種嚴格的工藝流程需要，流量可以在0-{bfb}范圍內無級調節(jié)，用來輸送液體（特別是腐蝕性液體）一種特殊容積泵。
英國Bert伯特進口加藥計量泵的特點：
該泵的由電機、傳動箱、缸體等三部份組成
傳動箱部件是由凸輪機構、行程調節(jié)機構和速比蝸輪機構組成；通過旋轉調節(jié)手輪來實行調節(jié)挺桿行程，從面改變膜片伸縮距離來達到改變流量的目的。
缸體部件是由泵頭、吸入閥組、排出閥組、膜片各膜片底座等組成。
電機經(jīng)聯(lián)軸器帶動蝸桿并通過蝸輪減速使主軸和偏心輪作回轉運動，由偏心輪帶動挺桿在導筒內作往復運動。連同膜片，通過單向閥的作用使泵腔內逐漸形成真空，吸入閥打開，吸入液體；
當膜片向前死點移動時，此時吸入閥關閉，排出閥打開，液體在膜片的推動下排出。在泵通過調節(jié)一定的行程的往復順還工作形成連續(xù)有壓力、定量的排放液體。
流量調節(jié)特性
泵的流量調節(jié)是靠旋轉調節(jié)手輪，帶動調節(jié)螺桿轉動，從而改變挺桿間的間距，改變膜片在泵腔內移動行程來決定流量的大小。調節(jié)手輪的刻度決定膜片行程，精確率為95%。
