本產(chǎn)品主要用于未處理之PP、OPP、BOPP、PET、PBT、PA尼龍、己處理之PE、LDPE、HDPE制品；亦可用于ABS、PMMA啞克力、硬質(zhì)PC、玻纖、玻璃鋼、樹脂、密胺制品以及各種金屬、電泳、陽極氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、噴塑、噴粉、靜電噴漆面、烤漆面、PU漆面、UV漆面、強化鏡片等制品的絲印及移印。
2、產(chǎn)品特性：高亮光、遮蓋力高、附著力佳、耐水煮、耐酒精、耐手汗、耐白電油、耐汽油、耐正己烷及各種動植物油脂等。
3、稀釋劑：用我司B-03專用稀釋劑或783開油，用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。
4、固化劑：單組份使用，特殊要求可選擇添加我司JS-10專用固化劑用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學抗性，添加量為10%-15%，增加固化劑的添加比例，可以加強附著力，但會減弱油墨色濃度及減慢油墨干燥速度，當固化劑添加比例超過20%時，有必要進行烘烤干燥。
5、油墨調(diào)配方法：開罐先攪拌均勻，取所需量油墨稀釋到合適印刷粘度。如需添加固化劑，先加固化劑攪拌后靜置10分鐘，待油墨與固化劑wq交聯(lián)后再進行稀釋。
6、干燥時間：常溫干燥，表干時間5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，48小時后達{zj0}性能。
7、添加固化劑后的使用時限：6-8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。
【性能檢測】
1、3M膠帶劃百格測試：{bfb}無脫落
2、耐酒精測試：用脫脂棉沾濃度99%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來回500次無脫色。
3、耐汽油測試：用脫脂棉沾93#汽油以500G力水平回來30次無脫色。
4、耐白電油測試：用脫脂棉沾6#白電油以500G力水平回來200次無脫色。
5、耐正己烷測試：用脫脂棉沾正己烷以500G力水平回來200次無脫色。
6、耐手汗耐試：用大拇指緊壓印刷面5分鐘后，再用力來回磨擦100次無脫色。
7、耐油脂測試：常溫下涂上機油、防銹油、花生油、牛油、黃油及色拉油24小時后抹去，然后用3M膠帶劃百格測試{bfb}無脫落。
8、耐水煮測試：在沸水中煮30分鐘取出抹干，然后用3M膠帶劃百格測試{bfb}無脫落。
【注意事項】
1、先小量試印確認符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。
2、做好承印物的表面qc油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進附著效果。
3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，
需要wq固化后方可檢測。
4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火。
6、使用時注意施工場所的通風狀況良好，盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。
7、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內(nèi)，應用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)生。
