XGP-全自動(dòng)觸屏洗水機(jī)
選材講究，操作簡便:
所有與液體接觸部分全部采用304不銹鋼制造，經(jīng)久耐用。自起動(dòng)到停止均由按鈕控制，操作簡便。
超前設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理：
采用滾動(dòng)簡式結(jié)構(gòu)，正反轉(zhuǎn)控制，使洗滌、漂色效果更理想。設(shè)有開門自動(dòng)停機(jī)聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)裝置，確保操作人員的安全。采用多級(jí)皮帶傳動(dòng)，使小帶輪增大，從而使帶輪、皮帶經(jīng)久耐用。還可以到用戶一要求的轉(zhuǎn)速。
控制溫度，確保洗滌質(zhì)量：
設(shè)有蒸汽噴射管，安裝于外地檔度部，作直接加熱。裝有溫控制保證水液溫度，從而達(dá)到良好洗滌效果。
性能特點(diǎn)：
1、配備可編程程序控制器，采用觸摸屏和PLC控制。
2、產(chǎn)品采用三級(jí)皮帶傳動(dòng)，增大傳動(dòng)比，減輕電機(jī)工作符合。
3、滾筒可定時(shí)正、反轉(zhuǎn)向。
4、氣動(dòng)控制直接加熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)或電磁閥控制直接加熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)。
5、定量加水系統(tǒng)。
6、氣動(dòng)排水控制系統(tǒng)。
7、氣動(dòng)剎車系統(tǒng)，停機(jī)后內(nèi)門對外門自動(dòng)控制。
8、采用無極調(diào)速變頻器控制（8-38rpm）和接觸器控制雙系統(tǒng)
XGP-Automatic touch screen washer

Control the temperature to ensure the washing quality:
A steam jet tube is installed in the field gear section for direct heating. It is equipped with temperature control to guarantee the temperature of water liquid, so as to achieve good washing effect.
